Introduction

 

Armored cable Core-out machine’s basic function is letting armored cable’s conductor or wire come to light. It consists of 3 parts. The first one is cutting machine, its function is cutting off armored sensing element for thermocouples and RTDS’ outside protecting tube. The second one is shake pulverizer, function is putting the cut off armored sensing element for the thermocouple’s insulating material(MgO) in shake pulverizer high-frequency vibration, let the conductor come to light. The third one is cleaner, it is used for preventing dust pollution.

 

Our machine is for armored sensing element of thermocouples and armored heating sensing element( this two can be called armored sensing element) electrical heating factories designed armored sensing element core-out specialized equipment. The main advantage is that it will not cause injury by shakeed conductor come to light, keeped a original sample in armore. Avoid the problem which is caused by hammer when battered and hard, ensure the product have a high quality. It is easy to operate, core-out quickly, efficiently, cutting off worker’s labour intensity, decreased employ cost.
